Fort Wayne, IN (May 14, 2013) - The Zacher Company/CORFAC International was the local representative for Costco Wholesale Corporation’s purchase of the 15.33 acre parcel of vacant land at the northwest corner of Lima Road and Progress Rd., Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Costco was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR,  CCIM and Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.  The seller was Menard, Inc.
