The Zacher Company / CORFAC International
JAT Investments has purchased a 3.20 acre parcel of land at 5115 West Jefferson Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN from the Paul G. Schlaudroff Trust. The seller was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
The 1,360 sq. ft. building owned by the UAW at 3915 E. Pontiac Street, Fort Wayne, IN was purchased by Systems Engineering and Sales Co. Both the buyer and the seller of the property were assisted in this transaction by Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
The 10,080 sq. ft. industrial building located at 7717 Opportunity Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana was sold to Community Enterprises Properties, LLC. The sellers were John and Margaret Schenkel. The buyer was represented by Alfred J. Zacher SIOR of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
SCP Distributors, LLC has expanded their lease in the Coastal Commerce Building at 3405 Meyer Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana to a total of 115,200 sq. ft. The landlord, SV – SCE IV, LLC, was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
J & K Industry, LLC has renewed their 4,800 sq. ft. lease in the multi-tenant industrial building at 2749 Freeman Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord, Crosby Real Estate Investments LP and the tenant were both represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
A 1,200 sq. ft. industrial suite at 2763 Freeman Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana has been leased by Josh Worthman. The landlord, Crosby Real Estate Investments LP was represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. The tenant, Josh Worthman, was represented by Brent Overholt MAI of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
