Beltwood Parkway, Farmers Branch, TX, to 4355 Beltwood Parkway LLC. Independent Dealer Group Inc. has leased 8,710 sf of industrial flex space in Arapaho Place, 851 International Parkway, Richardson, TX, from Arapaho Place Inc. Susan Singer, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Michael Grant, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord.
