Eclipse Tanning has leased a retail suite at 2612 West State Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana from Tri State Tractor Leasing. Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the landlord and the tenant.

Hoosier Hill Farm, LLC has leased a retail suite at 2602 West State Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana from Tri State Tractor Leasing. Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the landlord.

Linc Logistics Company leased 62,400 sq. ft. in the multi-tenant warehouse building at 3405 Meyer Rd., Fort Wayne, Indiana. Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John M. Adams, CCIM, The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the landlord and the tenant in this transaction. The landlord is CV-SCE IV, LLC.

The former 7-Eleven store at 4220 South Hanna Street was purchased by Angela Foster. The building is 2,400 sq. ft. The seller, 7-Eleven, and the buyer were both represented by Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

A 5,000 sq. ft. industrial space at 2839 Freeman St. has been leased to Hospice Source. Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the landlord, Crosby Real Estate Investments LP, and the tenant in this transaction.

Nesco LLC has leased 8,784 sq. ft. office space in the Steel Dynamics building at 6714 Pointe Inverness Way, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/ CORFAC International represented the tenant.

Ruan Transport Corporation has expanded their operation to the entire building of 39,600 sq. ft. at 4432 Ardmore Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and Brent Overholt represented the Landlord, Johnson Family Enterprises, and the Tenant.
