Fort Wayne, IN (December 19, 2012) - Diebold Partners, LLC has purchased 7.31 acres of land at 11212 Diebold Rd., Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The seller was the Puff Joint Revocable Trust.  The seller was represented by Alfred J. Zacher SIOR and John Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 

Summit City Reporting has leased an office suite in the Central Building at 203 W. Wayne Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The landlord, CBD Management, was represented by John M. Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 

Weight Watchers leased a retail suite at Orchard Crossing, 1034 Thomas Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The landlord is Inland Commercial.  The tenant was represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 

Black Gold Ventures has purchased 1.65 acres land at 4319 & 4401 Bluffton Road from MGV Industrial LLC.  The seller was represented by Joy Neuenschwander and Alfred Zacher SIOR and the buyer was represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 

Diamond Comic Distributors, Inc. (Alliance Games) has renewed and expanded their lease to 84,325 sq. ft. in the industrial building located at 3102 Brooklyn Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The landlord, AERL, LC, was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 

Nelson Global Products, Inc. has leased a 16,936 sq. ft. industrial building at 4211 Engle Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The tenant and the landlord, John & Norma Commorato, were represented by John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 


AGRD Fort Wayne II, LLC has purchased an assemblage of properties on Getz Road in Fort Wayne totaling approximately 4 acres.  The buyer was represented by John M. Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.  The seller was Waterford Enterprises, LLC.

Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC has leased an industrial suite of 23,954 sq. ft. in International Park, 2701 South Coliseum Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana.  They were represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.  The landlord is Wayne Coliseum Limited Partnership. 

Felderman Properties 101, LLC has purchased the remaining vacant industrial lot number 8 in Pyramid Airport Park on Airport Drive in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The seller is Bradford Partners.  The seller was represented by Alfred J. Zacher SIOR and the buyer was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
