SALE
Regions Bank has sold a two-story building at 4570 Westgrove Rd., Addison, TX, to Guardian Management LLC. Leigh C. Richter, senior vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the seller of the airport-leased property, which consists of 47,536 sf of office space and 31,945 sf of hangar area on 3.9 acres and an abutting 1.4-acre vacant tract. The buyer used in-house representation.
     
LEASES
Kurz & Co. has leased 26,000 sf of warehouse space in GSW Distribution Center 16, 925 W. North Carrier Parkway, Grand Prairie, TX, from BRE/TX Industrial Properties LLC. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the tenant.

Southern Shingle Supply has leased 23,000 sf of warehouse space at 1500 Heritage Parkway, Mansfield, TX, from JKC Enterprises Inc. Nick Talley, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, and Brian Scott, senior vice president, represented the landlord.

Trinity Real Estate Solutions Inc. has renewed 7,742 sf of office space in Galleria Plaza, 4851 LBJ Freeway, Dallas. Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes, senior vice presidents of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the landlord, YPI 4851 Fund LP.
