Troy, Michigan (May 29, 2012) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the lease of a 26,136 square foot industrial facility located at 35120 Stanley Drive, in Sterling Heights, Michigan to Transpak, Inc. Already headquartered within the same industrial park, they will make the transition to their new facility this summer. Transpak was originally established in 1991. Jason Capitani of L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International represented the landlord in the transaction.
