TRI Commercial/CORFAC International Lands the Robb Osborne Team and Other Top Recruits

Roseville, California (February 2, 2015) – Ed Benoit, CCIM, General Manager of the Sacramento region with TRI Commercial/CORFAC International, announced today that his company’s recruiting push in the commercial real estate brokerage community is going full speed ahead and that he recently added Robb Osborne and his four-person team (The Osborne Group) to TRI’s Roseville, CA, office. TRI Commercial also has an office in Sacramento, CA.

Osborne joins TRI as Senior Vice President, along with Vice President Cole Sweatt, Vice President Brandon Sessions and Marketing Specialist Sarah Sanders. The team focuses on office sales, leasing and tenant representation.

For Osborne, he is returning to the commercial real estate services firm where he started his career in 2004. In October 2010, he left TRI Commercial for Voit Real Estate Services.

“Robb and his team are one of the top producing brokerage teams in the Sacramento region and we are very pleased to have him back. Along with the other top professionals that we have recruited recently, it speaks to the culture of mutual support and other benefits for brokers that we have created here,” said Ed Benoit.

In just 11 years, Osborne has sold over 240 office, retail and industrial buildings valued at $350 million and has leased more than 2 million square feet of office space. In 2011 he completed 57% of all the office sales in the Rocklin and Roseville submarkets, while in 2014, Osborne and his team closed 105 total transactions.

“I fully expect a seamless transition back to the company where my brokerage career started and where my team and I will have the opportunity to work with the same management and support staff that was there earlier. For clients, we believe the move will be good for them as we transition to a bigger marketing platform that will enable us to grow with our clients and consistently produce great results,” said Osborne.

Other Recent TRI Commercial Recruiting Successes:

  • Steve Park joined the company in Roseville at the beginning of the year. The office broker had been with Newmark Cornish & Carey.
  • Cheryl Queral also returned to TRI Commercial in Roseville late last year, from Sperry Van Ness. She had left TRI in February 2013 for Sperry.
  • Jeff Post joined TRI Commercial in the third quarter last year, from Cassidy Turley. He is based in the Sacramento office.
