Troy, Michigan (May 30, 2012) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of a 13,500 square foot industrial facility located at 30551 Edison Drive in Roseville, Michigan. Tubby’s Sub Shops will utilize the facility for warehouse purposes. Tubby's franchises more than 60 Tubby's submarine sandwich restaurants located primarily in Michigan. The company was co-founded in 1968 by Rick Paganes and his brothers Robert (CEO) and Peter (VP). The Paganes family continues to own the Tubby's chain. Jason Capitani of L.
