New York, NY (July 17, 2013) – Clay Peeples, SIOR, with Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International based in Houston TX announced that he and Timothy Surlis of Lansco Corp./CORFAC International in New York City represented NF Smith & Associates in a 7,744-square-foot office lease expansion at 1 Penn Plaza, New York.

Located in the heart of Manhattan, NF Smith & Associates will keep the same address it has used in recent years – the company expanded from approximately 3,500 square feet in the same building, according to Surlis. 

Peeples and Surlis represented NF Smith & Associates in its earlier lease transaction in Penn Plaza, as they did when the company originally opened a New York office about 8 years ago and leased approximately 1,800 square feet at 200 Park Avenue. 

The company’s new office has a spectacular and large circular fish tank within the space and room to accommodate additional personnel, Surlis said.
