Plantation, FL (November 14, 2011) – In a lease transaction that was referred by Doug Marshall of The Klabin Company/CORFAC International, Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International Principal Ken Morris, SIOR, announced today his firm has represented Miami Guild, LLC in a 10,100-square-foot lease in Miami Gardens, FL.The lease closed earlier this month and is for 36-months. Angelo Napolitano Trustee is the building owner of the multi-tenanted industrial property. Miami Gardens is an incorporated city in Miami-Dade County, located in the north-central region of the metropolitan area.
