Los Angeles, CA (August 19, 2014) – New Crew Production Corp., a denim production company, has signed a long-term lease for a 52,250 square foot industrial building in the South Bay area of Los Angeles for consolidation and relocation of its facilities, announces The Klabin Company/CORFAC International.

Klabin Co. officials report that New Crew Production schedules a September occupancy of its new building located at 200 W. 138th St.  The property consolidates two production and one warehouse facility located in central Los Angeles.  Approximately 110 people are expected to be employed at the new site.

Courtney Bell and Matt Stringfellow of the Klabin Co. in Torrance represented Kats Family, LLC, the landlord.  Dan Weil of Colliers International, Torrance, represented the tenant.  Consideration for the five-year lease was $1.5 million.

In business for more than 20 years, New Crew Production serves the outsourcing needs of the denim manufacturing community, from pre-production to finishing.

New Crew Production’s new facility is a brick and concrete block structure featuring dock high and ground level loading, 3,620 square feet of office space, and parking for 102 cars.
