Brea, CA (September 24, 2014) – Voit Real Estate Services’ Anaheim office has successfully directed the $10,125,000 sale of 70,653 square feet in Brea, on behalf both the buyer and seller.
Mike Boomer, Vice President, Mitch Zehner, Executive Vice President, Seth Davenport, Senior Vice President and Jason Di Rocco, Senior Associate, all in Voit’s Anaheim office represented the buyer, Sion Realty Partners II LLC, as well as the seller, Third Avenue Investments LLC, in the transaction.
