Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC Directs $3,524,850 Sale of 26,856 Sq. Ft. Industrial Building Property in Orange

Orange, CA (April 14, 2014) – Seth Davenport, Senior Vice President, and Mitch Zehner, Executive Vice President in Voit Real Estate Services’ Anaheim office successfully directed the $3.5 million sale of a 26,856 square-foot industrial building in Orange, on behalf of the buyer, West Collins, LLC. The buyer, West Collins, LLC, will use this property to operate its business, a manufacturing and distribution of HVAC handheld testing instruments according to Davenport.
