Moreno Valley, CA (June 13, 2013) – Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, a  leading  full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southwestern U.S. market,  announced the execution of  a 354,810 square-foot industrial build-to-suit lease on behalf of Minka Lighting, Inc. at San Michelle Road in Moreno Valley, Calif.

Minka Lighting, Inc. will be relocating from another existing facility in Moreno Valley and will occupy the entire building, which is being developed and owned by Alere Property Group.  This transaction marks the first build-to-suit for Alere Property Group.

Mitch Zehner, Executive Vice President in Voit Real Estate Services’ Anaheim office together with Walt Chenoweth SIOR, Executive Vice President, and Frank Geraci, Executive Vice President in Voit Real Estate Services’ Ontario office represented Minka Lighting, Inc. in the lease negotiations.  After searching the market for existing buildings and build-to-suit locations the Alere Property Group made the best choice for Minka Lighting.
