Anaheim, CA (April 15, 2013) –Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International’s Dan Berkenfield, CCIM, Vice President in the Anaheim office, has successfully directed the $1.53 million sale of 14,858 square feet in Santa Fe Springs, Calif.  The property is comprised of a single tenant industrial building, located at 13700 Milroy Place.

Berkenfield represented the buyers, Max and Betty Patridge, and the sellers, Daniel Cooper and Tim McMahon, in the transaction.

“This building will provide much needed expansion space for the buyer’s growing manufacturing company, Industrial Sprockets and Gears, Inc., which already owns and will maintain another building in close proximity”, reported Berkenfield.
