San Diego, CA (September 17, 2013) – Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International’s San Diego office has successfully directed the $4,040,000 sale of a 73,000 square-foot industrial food processing facility in Otay Mesa, on behalf of the Tarantino Family Trust. The property is located at 7651 St. Andrews Ave. in San Diego.

Arthur Bleier, Senior Vice President and Nick Price, Senior Associate of Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International’s San Diego office represented the buyer, the Tarantino Family Trust in the transaction.  The seller, Comerica Bank was represented by David Rosenthal.

“Our client purchased a state of the art food processing facility that will help grow their company for decades to come, at well below replacement cost,” stated Price.

The buyer plans to use the space for meat, sausage, and dry spices production. The property is located in Otay Mesa off the 905 freeway, close to the US and Mexican border.
