    ANAHEIM, Calif., (AUGUST 11, 2010) – Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, a commercial real estate firm that through its brokerage and asset services professionals provides strategic property solutions scaled to clients needs, has announced the addition of three brokers to its Anaheim office, according to Kurt Strasmann, Managing Director for Voit’s Orange County region.

    “Voit Real Estate Services’ Orange County brokerage operations are winning the battle,” Strasmann said.  “Voit has hired eight new brokers this year alone, and revenue is up 40 percent year-to-date. The new real estate professionals Voit is bringing on board are market leaders in their local geographies and possess strong real estate knowledge.”Voit has added David Fults, Ryan Lewis and Morgan Hill to its team.David Fults, formerly a First Vice President of CB Richard Ellis, is now Senior Vice President with Voit’s Anaheim Metro office.  Fults will reunite with his former  partner Brian McLoughlin, Vice President in Voit’s Anaheim Metro office, who also recently left CB Richard Ellis to join Voit. Since January 1998, the duo completed more than 12 million square feet of transactions with a total consideration of more than $700 million.Fults offers a range of services to his clients, specializing in Central Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley. He is a licensed California real estate sales person and is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR). Fults is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.Ryan Lewis has also joined Voit’s Anaheim Metro office. Lewis, now a Senior Associate at Voit, most recently worked for Grubb & Ellis Company where he created a full-service brokerage team serving the San Gabriel Valley. Lewis will be teaming Fults and McLoughlin and will provide services in the City of Commerce and the City of Industry markets.  Lewis is a licensed California real estate sales person and is also a member of AIR.  He is a graduate of Wake Forest University. Morgan Hill joins Voit with more than two years sales experience at Volcom, Inc. Hill will team with Mike Hefner, Executive Vice President, and Mike Vernick, Vice President, at Voit’s Anaheim Metro office and will focus on the industrial market in North Orange County.
