San Diego, CA – Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International is proud to announce that Mark Caston, Senior Vice President, and Spencer Kerrigan, Senior Associate, have closed two transactions at 5153-5163 Jackson Drive for the total consideration of $1,650,000. San Diego real estate investor Mr. Dan Floit was the buyer in both transactions. 

The property involves a 35-year ground lease to Conroy’s Flowers, who is now in their 34th year of the term.

In the first transaction, The Reynolds Family Trust sold the leasehold interest for $225,000 to Mr. Floit. In a second transaction, Kenneth Swanson Inc. sold its fee simple interest in the land to Mr. Floit for $1,425,000. 

Voit Real Estate Services represented Dan Floit and the Reynolds Family Trust in the leasehold sale, and represented Dan Floit in the land sale, with Kenneth Swanson Inc. representing itself.
