Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International Directs $2.2 Million Sale Of Casa Rosada Apartments In La Jolla, CA
San Diego, CA (April 8, 2014) – Voit is pleased to announce that the 7 unit Casa Rosada Apartments located at 6241-6253 La Jolla Boulevard in La Jolla’s Upper Hermosa neighborhood, 92037 (APN 351-603-01-00) has been acquired for $2,200,000.
The seller was The Estate of Eileen Gambs. The buyer, La Jolla Casa Rosada, LLC a California limited liability company, paid all cash for the property.
The two-story courtyard complex was constructed in approximately 1952. It consists of four 2 bedroom, 1 bath units, three 1 bedroom, 1 bath units and six tuck-under carport spaces. The buyer plans to perform extensive interior and exterior renovations consistent with the character of the neighborhood.
