San Diego, CA (April 26, 2013) - The 21 unit Talmadge Pacific Apartments located at 4470 Euclid Avenue in the San Diego community of Talmadge (APN 471-122-03-00) has been acquired for $2,495,000.

The seller was 4470 Euclid Ave. Inc., a California corporation, and the buyer was 30th & Upas, LLC, a California limited liability company. Robert Vallera, CCIM, Senior Vice President with Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International represented both the buyer and the seller and Ann Block with Chase Bank provided a loan of $1,5150,000 for the transaction.

The mid-century style, two-story, courtyard complex was constructed in 1959. It consists of eleven 2-bedroom, 1-bath units, eight 1-bedroom, 1-bath units, two studios, and ten individual garages. The buyer plans to perform exterior renovations consistent with the property’s mid-century architecture. They have retained Cambridge Management Group to operate the property.
