San Diego, CA – Ryan King, Vice President, and Kipp Gstettenbauer, Senior Vice President, both in Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International’s San Diego office, successfully directed the $2,755,000 sale of a 7,000 square-foot office building on behalf of the buyer, Noreas Scientific Property, LLC, an engineering and consulting company based out of Orange County. The company will utilize this property for their new expansion into San Diego, according to King. The seller was State Street Offices, LLC.
