Mark Caston of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office represented the landlord, Diversified Properties, as well as the tenant, Certified Tire and Service Centers. The property leased for a total consideration of $1.34 million.

The property is located at 8303 Clairemont Mesa Boulevard within the Kearny Plaza East Shopping Center in the city of San Diego, Calif. It is centrally located near the 163 and 52 Freeways.
