National City, CA (April 24, 2013) –Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International’s San Diego office has successfully facilitated the $1.1 million sale of  a 10,000 square feet industrial warehouse property in National City. The property is located at 1305 Wilson Ave. National City, Calif. 91950.

Arthur Bleier, Senior Vice President, and Nick Price, Senior Associate of Voit’s San Diego office represented the seller Randall Myres & Andria Cioe, in the transaction.  Dave Dean of San Diego Commercial Realty Associates represented the buyer Pell Mell Supply who will be moving their San Diego Based Fastener distribution company to the property. Pell Mell sells and distributes fasteners to Naval contractors and the surrounding industries”

The property is located near Downtown San Diego by the Navy base and 54 Freeway.
