SAN JOSE, Calif., (April 23, 2010) – Voit Real Estate Services, a member of CORFAC International, has assisted with the relocation of Satellite Healthcare to San Jose, Calif., bringing the first office tenant to the newly completed “green” Santana Row building. Mark Caston of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office represented Satellite Healthcare in the 16,366 square-foot office lease at 300 Santana Row. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Santana Row is Silicon Valley’s premier destination for shopping, dining and nightlife, featuring 578,000 square feet of retail, over two dozen restaurants and a 213-room boutique hotel. Located at the intersection of Santana Row and Stevens Creek Boulevard, the five-story, 65,000 square-foot, Class A office building offers sits above 15,000 square feet of street-level retail space and is expected to achieve LEED Gold Certification.“Through aggressive negotiation, we were able to achieve attractive pricing and significant concessions for our client,” says Caston. “In addition to the high-profile location and amenities that 300 Santana Row provides, Satellite Healthcare will decrease the commute time for over 60-percent of its employees and increase efficiency through consolidation of multiple departments into a single, full-floor corporate headquarters location.” Caston represented the lessee, Satellite Healthcare, in this transaction and is the tenant representative for the company nationwide. Satellite Healthcare is one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit providers of dialysis services and currently operates nearly 50 centers in six states.
