Poway, CA (June 13, 2013) – Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International’s San Diego Office is pleased to announce the completion of an approximately 32,000 square foot lease transaction with Jinx, Inc. at 13465 Gregg Street in Poway, located in the heart of Poway Tech Center.

Jinx is an Internet-based clothing and accessories company with explosive growth needs, which provided a challenge for the tenant. The team of Brian Mulvaney, Senior Vice President and Matthew Bean, Associate in Voit’s San Diego office was able to assist the landlord in securing this company in a building that could accommodate their current and midterm growth needs.

The tenant will occupy the building around September and will have built in expansion in the adjacent structure owned by the same landlord. Bean and Mulvaney were able to secure this quality tenant for the landlord after extensive negotiations and planning.
