San Diego, CA (May 3, 2013) – The Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International San Diego office has successfully directed the $1.375 million sale of 4,600 square feet in San Diego, on behalf of the McBroom Family Trust. The property is located at 2830 Garnet next to McDonalds, Phillips 76 Gas Station and In and Out Burger, right off the I-5 Freeway.

Rex Huffman, Vice President of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office represented both parties in the transaction. This property has not sold in the last 60 years. In the 1980s, this property was formerly a Winston Tires. Brixton Capital plans to develop the space into a multi-tenant hobby building, dividing it down to 750 square foot bays.
