San Diego, CA., (June 3, 2013) -The Golden Hill Post Office Lofts, a recent adaptive reuse development project encompassing a former US Post Office has sold for $1,495,000. The complex now consists of four residential loft-style apartments and is located at 2692 C Street, immediately east of Downtown San Diego on Golden Hill (APN 534-301-14-00).

The seller was Fancy Pants @ The Post LLC with Matthew Segal as Managing Member. The buyer was H. G. Daniels Corporation, with Michael G. Daniels as President.

The mid-century style former post office building was acquired by architect/developer Segal in 2012. He converted the structure into three residential, loft style apartments. Segal also constructed a contemporary style free standing townhouse over an 8 space carport on the 6,769 square-foot lot.
