San Diego, CA., (June 10, 2013) – Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC Internationals’ San Diego office has successfully directed the $1,950,000 sale of 12,650square feet in San Diego, on behalf of the Old Town Holdings Corp.

The property is comprised of office space, located at 2225 Hancock Street. Rex Huffman, Vice President of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office worked with the seller, James Walsh of Old Town Holdings Corp. The Cohn Restaurant Group, is moving their corporate headquarters to this property located off the I-5 in Old Town.

The property was originally built for Dennis Connor, 4-time America’s Cup Winner.
