Tustin, CA. All Counties Courier (ACC) will occupy the 33,000 square-foot free standing Corporate headquarters building, which is owned by Trico Realty Inc. The Company signed a five-year lease and will move to the premises in October. ACC President Pat Cochran explained that the building and location were ideal for the Company’s rapidly expanding medical logistics division. ACC also operates facilities in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and San Diego.
Jeff Mitchell, Senior Vice President in Voit Real Estate Services’ Irvine office represented the tenant and the landlord was represented in-house.
