San Diego, CA (May 1, 2013) – Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southwestern U.S. market, announced the completion of a 19,614 square-foot industrial lease on behalf of Upwind Solutions, Inc. at 4863 Shawline Drive #A in San Diego.
 
Upwind Solutions, Inc. will occupy the industrial building, which is owned by McGrath Development. Upwind Solutions, Inc. signed a 5-year lease and will move to the premises in July.
 
Randy LaChance, Senior Vice President and Glen Volk, Senior Vice President in Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office represented the landlord, McGrath Development.
 
“The unique design of McGrath Commerce Center, offering a corporate image with dock high loading and high bay warehouse gave Upwind Solutions the ability to put their San Diego office and warehouse in one location without comprising the quality or function of either,” noted LaChance.
