Irvine, CA (May 14, 2014) –Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the completion of a 20,319 square-foot lease transaction of Class A office in San Diego, Calif. Doug Killian, Senior Vice President in Voit’s Irvine office represented the tenant ROC (Real Office Centers) in the transaction with Irvine Company, the landlord.

“After a year of discussion, research and consideration, ROC, EvoNexus and Irvine Company are partnering to develop a collaborative workspace for an innovative community in San Diego,” according to the tenant. “Working together, this location will soon be the hub for mentors, self-starters, and the forward thinkers of San Diego.”
