Chula Vista, CA (August 7, 2014) – Tracy Clark, Senior Vice President and Kimberly Clark, Associate both in Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International’s San Diego office successfully directed the $1,500,240 sale of a 10,716 square-foot office building in Chula Vista, on behalf of the seller, Pathfinder Partners, LLC. The buyer, Tod Robinson, represented by Philip Linton at CBRE, will use this property for his medical supplies business, according to Clark.

“This property represented one of the few opportunities left in the marketplace to own your own space to do business. The Buyer purchased a building which he will use a portion of for his business and the remainder he will lease out as an investment,” commented Clark. “Eastlake Medical and Professional Center has had great momentum lately with more than half of the condos in the project now sold. Now is the time to buy in the Eastlake area and it was great that we were able to facilitate this transaction.”
