Voit/CORFAC Represents Harley Davidson In Lease Of 41,939 Square-Foot Freeway Frontage Showroom In Orange County

The ten-year lease was valued at $3,745,493. Located at 15044, 15051, and 15080 Goldenwest Circle in Westminster, the new Harley Davidson showroom provides excellent frontage on the San Diego (405) freeway.
The transaction was full of complexity requiring Bouma and Caputo to coordinate several moving parts. “Our market knowledge and years of experience were put to the test,” commented Caputo.

The three adjacent buildings will allow for expansion of the showroom, service area and additional motorcycle storage while not losing the freeway exposure they have enjoyed for many years.
