Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce today that Thomas Wardlow has joined the firm’s Retail Properties Division as an Associate Broker. Prior to joining L. Mason Capitani, Mr. Wardlow served for over sixteen years as a real estate executive at Kmart Corporation responsible for the acquisition and development of new Kmart store locations throughout Michigan and the Midwest. He was also responsible for the management, sales and leasing of Kmart’s extensive portfolio of excess property. Mr. Wardlow has also devoted several years as a partner in an entrepreneurial real estate firm developing shopping centers, freestanding retail buildings and residential properties. Mr. Wardlow is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the International Council of Shopping Centers. His responsibilities with L. Mason Capitani will include the brokerage of retail properties including landlord, tenant, buyer and seller representation as well as acquisition and disposition of land and investment properties. About L.
