Cleveland, OH (April 28, 2015) – Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International announced the completion of a sale/leaseback of Invacare Corporation’s headquarters and four manufacturing/warehouse facilities located in Ohio and Florida.
Partners James E. Klements, SIOR, CPA, and Alan Wood with Weber Wood Medinger represented Elyria, OH-based Invacare (NYSE: IVC) in the transactions. The global leader in the manufacture and distribution of home and long-term care medical products announced in a news release that the sale had raised $23 million.
