Cleveland, OH (January 15, 2015) – In a referral from Russell Todd, a Principal with Centric Commercial/CORFAC international in Austin, TX, Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International (WWM) announced that it represented JW Logistics LLC in a 30,000-square-foot lease of industrial space at 26350 Broadway in Oakwood Village, OH.

Oakwood Village is a suburb of Cleveland. WWM is a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving corporate clients throughout North America from offices in Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA. Denise Hahn with Weber Wood Medinger represented JW Logistics in the deal.

TPRF/Broad Oak LLC owns the property that JW Logistics occupied before the holidays. Financial terms of the 36 month lease were not disclosed.

JW Logistics uses the warehouse space as a packaging and staging area to serve one of its main corporate clients in order to deliver packages to consumers and businesses within 24 hours.

Russell Todd has brokered and referred numerous leases for JW Logistics in many Texas locations. In addition, he has completed transactions of behalf of this client in Las Vegas, NV; Portland, OR; Baton Rouge, LA; Elizabethtown, NJ; and Oklahoma City, OK.

His firm, Centric Commercial/CORFAC International, joined CORFAC in September 2014. His referral to Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International is one of the fastest referrals by a new member in the history of the commercial real estate network, which was founded in 1989.
