Beachwood, OH (February 21, 2011) – Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Cleveland area market, today announced the completion of  a 206,000-square-foot industrial building sale on behalf of TRW Automotive at 8405 Blackjack Road in Mount Vernon, Ohio.The buyer, Brett Morgan Holdings, LLC will lease the entire building to PACS Industries, a long time Mount Vernon employer.James E.
