Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC Internationals Denise Hahn Closes Four Tenant Rep Transactions in Cleveland OH

Cleveland, Ohio (April 11, 2012) – Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International today announced that Sales Associate Denise Hahn has recently closed nine commercial real estate lease transactions and one Cleveland industrial building purchase on behalf of her clients.

Seven of the leases were Cleveland tenant representation deals which are indicative of the area’s diverse and improving economy. The types of businesses that leased space with Hahn’s assistance were a construction company, an employment services firm, a pharmaceutical company and others. The building buyer, Coast to Coast Equipment, rents industrial machinery and sells industrial supplies.

The transactions were:

Coast to Coast purchased a 10,000-square-foot industrial building located at 7500 Exchange Street in Cleveland. The seller was the Viny family and the sale price was $350,000.

Scaparotti Construction Group leased 6,155 square feet of office space for 60 months at Landerbrook Corporate Center II in Mayfield Heights, OH from landlord The King Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Pharmaceutical company Longevisys, LLC leased 2,950 square feet of office and lab space for 36 months at 1961 Georgetown Road in Cleveland from landlord Zambrouck Development Company.Financial terms were not disclosed.

Employment services firm I-Tek leased 4,300 square feet of office space for 60 months at 33801 Curtis Centre in Cleveland from landlord Omni Realty. Financial terms were not disclosed.

A prominent and national insurance company leased 7,697 square feet of Class A office space for 60 months at 5875 Landerbrook Drivein Mayfield Heights in Cleveland’s East Side. The client was referred by The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International based in Chatham, NJ.

Represented two office tenants in relocations of 4,500 square feet (for 10 years) and 2,500 square feet (5 years) – both in Beachwood on Chagrin Boulevard and in Class A space. Both clients upgraded from Class B/C buildings and are moving because their current property owner is planning to demolish the office buildings and redevelop the property into residential apartments.

Hahn represented a new company -- ESI Inc., that is moving into Class A space of approximately 1,500 square feet on Rockside Road in Independence.

Hahn also represented a property owner to lease up several small spaces in Pepper Pike in what she described as an often-overlooked building in a great location. LanderwoodPlaza

’s first floor retail and second floor office were recently remodeled. To attract the tenants Hahn hand delivered property fliers (during a winter snowfall) along with the promise of free sub sandwiches with a walk through to prospects, once again proving that one sure way to lease commercial real estate space is to satisfy the prospective tenant’s appetite.
