Cleveland, OH (May15, 2013) – Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Northern Ohio market, today announced the completion of a 46,676 square foot office lease on behalf of the Revenue Group at 4780 Hinckley Industrial Parkway, Cleveland, Ohio

Revenue Group will occupy the first and second office floors of the 140,000 square foot office building, which was a former call center. The building was purchased by developers Chris Semarjian and Stuart Lichter in January of this year.  The Revenue Group signed a 15-year lease and will complete a staged move in to the premises during the current calendar quarter. 

James E. Klements, SIOR and Denise W. Hahn of Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International represented the Revenue Group in the lease negotiations. 

“The existing open floor plan and generator back up capabilities of the building combined with the proven track record of the new owner were significant reasons that prompted the Revenue Group to select this building for their corporate headquarter and primary operating location.” said James E. Klements.

Klements added: “We evaluated numerous space options in the area and determined that 4780 Hinckley Industrial Parkway provided both the lowest up-front cost and ongoing operating costs for the growing needs of the Revenue Group.”

Leasing of the remaining 93,000 SF of office space at the building is being handled by Ohio Realty Advisors.
