Lebanon, OH (November 27, 2012) – Western States Machine Company is relocating to Fairfield, OH bringing substantial new jobs and revenue to the area.

A ground breaking ceremony took place November 19, 2012 at the 10.6 acre site on Commerce Drive (Fairfield Commerce Center) with corporate and city officials participating. The new facility will accommodate a 76,000 SF office and manufacturing headquarters facility, with additional acreage available for future expansion.

The company was founded in 1917 to develop and manufacture improvements for centrifugals in the sugar industry - now a world-wide supplier for sugar and non-sugar industries.

The new investment is valued at more than $6.5 million, which includes $4.6 million in new building construction. Western States will relocate 67 jobs from its current facility in Hamilton.

The Fairfield Commerce Center is leased and managed by Henkle Schueler & Associates/CORFAC International. Construction of the new facility is managed by Bunnell Hill Construction – both companies fall under the umbrella of the Schueler Group of Companies, located in Lebanon.
