Troy, Michigan (August 8, 2012) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of a 34,498 square foot industrial facility located at 24541 Maplehurst Drive in Clinton Township, Michigan. Xcentric Mold & Engineering has purchased the facility and plans on moving their operations from neighboring Chesterfield. The plastic injection molder provides quality precision parts to all industries. Their new building was previously being marketed for lease. No asking rate was established and the purchase price was not disclosed. Jason Capitani represented the seller, Cinjo Properties, in the transaction.
